Intense Ghosting Series 2

This week I'll send another two videos each day for five days. This will help you with your fitness, your footwork and your racket work. Each ghosting routine will all consist of racket work and the duration should be two minutes. Ideally you should also carry out each routine three times with a one minute interval between each set.
